Cake levellers are a must for any cake bakers, allowing you to trim your cakes into level layers ready for decorating.

The PME leveller is extra large at 18", which allows for trimming of large cakes. This is perfect for occasional use, but with the bonus of not being limited to 12" cakes like most of the other entry level levellers.

Easy to use, just adjust the steel cutting wire up or down on both sides until it reaches the height you need. It will cut layers up to 10cm / 4 inches thick. Once your wire is in place, pull it through your cake gently using a sawing motion.
