You will love its “berry” good, tart flavor in hard candy, gummies, slushies, and more. Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquefied coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).

Our Blue Raspberry Super-Strength is clear and has no added color.  Lorann flavourings are 3-4 times stronger than regular flavourings.
