All prices, specifications and offers are subject to change and availability from suppliers. Rain checks are not available. Images are an example only, and do not necessarily accurately represent the product.

All prices are inclusive of 15% GST.

All items are sold as each, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to reverse a sale if there has been an error in pricing or reward points caused by technical or processing errors.

Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind or for items that experience shipping delays due to food safety issues. If the goods are faulty or there has been a technical or description error, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, however all items must be returned to Cake Warehouse at the customers cost.

You accept the by signing for goods on arrival that they have been received in good order, and no claim shall be placed for damages. If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep any packaging and contact us immediately. Any lost or damaged parcels need to go through the standard claims process which needs to be started within 7 days of arrival.

All items require a signature upon delivery (unless your address is classified as Rural or PO Box).  We do not give the courier permission to leave parcels unattended due to the risk of theft.  You are welcome to negotiate suitable delivery with the courier, but by doing this you are removing any recourse we would have in the event of theft.

Cake Warehouse does not take any responsibility for parcels being misaddressed. All orders are automatically sent with the address provided by the customer during the order process, and we can not be held responsible if the full address is not provided or if it is changed after the fact. If the provided address is incorrect and the parcel is returned, we will refund your order less the courier fee, or the shipping cost will need to be paid again before sending. Shipping will also need to be paid again on orders returned due to non-delivery or no response to a calling card.

Any issues with your order need to be brought to our attention ASAP, within 7 days of receiving you parcel.
