We are operating as usual with contactless delivery.

Shipping Charges:

Items are shipped by Aramex or Courier Post depending on the size of your order. This is at the discretion of Cake Warehouse. We have a flat rate packing and shipping charge of $6.99 New Zealand wide.

Shipping Times:

Items are sent out Monday to Friday.  We aim to send orders the same or next day (unless there are custom products included, these will have processing times in the description). If your order is updated to shipped between 3-4pm, the next courier pick up may not be until the next working day.

Bank payments may delay your order sending until it shows in our account.  If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you ASAP before sending. 

Delivery targets after being shipped are as follows:

North Island - 1 working day (overnight)

South Island - 1 - 2 working days

Rural addresses - up to 3 working days.

Courier deliveries are made Monday-Friday only.

Please note: times above are targets only.  While we try to ensure your items get to you as fast as possible, please be aware that cannot guarantee delivery time frames. We do not offer refunds for items that arrive later than you hope or are delayed so please ensure you leave plenty of time. We will assume that by placing your order, you have decided to go ahead with the sale and will process accordingly.

Other Information:

Cake Warehouse does not take any responsibility for parcels being misaddressed. All orders are automatically sent with the address provided by the customer during the order process, and we can not be held responsible if the full address is not provided or if it is changed after the fact. Please ensure your correct address is provided during the order process, including (if applicable): suburb, RD number, company name (if being delivered to a work place). Please note that any extra information provided in the comments box or after ordering will not be included.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep any packaging and contact us immediately. Any lost or damaged parcels need to go through the standard claims process and we need to know as soon as you do so we are covered by the couriers insurance process.

Please choose your items carefully, due to our products being food contact items, we cannot take them back if you change your mind (even if unopened). 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can rectify.
