Pick UpWe have a set pick up time of 2.30 - 3.30pm Monday - Friday. If you’d like to pick up an order, please let us know what day you’ll be coming in the comments box during check out and we will have it ready on that day. In order to keep everything running smoothly, please don’t show up outside of that time unless otherwise arranged.
Pick up is at 28 Russell St, Waipukurau (behind Subway).
We don’t have a point of sale system so please pay online by credit card or bank transfer first. If you pay by bank transfer, you may have to wait a day to pick up until your payment show in our account.
We have a flat rate shipping charge of $6.45. Our free shipping offer requires a $100 total spend on products, this is after any coupon or reward point discounts are applied.
*Items are sent out Monday to Friday. We aim to send orders the same day if processed and paid for by credit card by 11am Bank payments usually show overnight if made before 9pm. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you ASAP before sending. Some items have an extra 1-3 days processing times, these are noted in the description. Orders containing special offers, or those placed after public holidays may not go the same day due to the volume of incoming orders.
Delivery targets are as follows:
North Island - 1 working day (overnight)
South Island - 1 working day for orders that fit in satchels (up to A4 size), 2 working days for orders that are boxed.
Rural addresses - up to 3 working days.
Courier deliveries are made Monday-Friday only.
Please note: times above are targets only. While we try to ensure your items get to you as fast as possible, please be aware that cannot guarantee delivery time frames. We do not offer refunds for items that arrive later than you hope or are delayed so please ensure you leave plenty of time. We will assume that by placing your order, you have decided to go ahead with the sale and will process accordingly.
Other Shipping Information:
We require signature for parcels, sorry but we do not give couriers permission to leave items unattended.
If orders are returned to us due to non delivery or no response to a calling card, it is the customers responsibility to cover shipping to have it re-sent.
Cake Warehouse does not take any responsibility for parcels being misaddressed. All orders are automatically sent with the address provided by the customer during the order process, and we can not be held responsible if the full address is not provided or if it is changed after the fact. Please ensure your correct address is provided during the order process, including (if applicable): suburb, RD number, company name (if being delivered to a work place). Please note that any extra information provided in the comments box or after ordering will not be included.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep any packaging and contact us immediately. Any lost or damaged parcels need to go through the standard claims process and we need to know as soon as you do so we are covered by the couriers insurance process.
Please choose your items carefully, due to our products being food contact items, we cannot take them back if you change your mind (even if unopened).
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can rectify.
If you are outside New Zealand, you are welcome to order from us. Please email us with a list of the items you'd like to order to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will calculate the shipping and if you're happy, send you an invoice for the total. Any tax, customs duty, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.
