Who are you?

Cake Warehouse is a husband and wife team. Kirstin is the bag packer, email replier, order updater, buyer and general cake brain. Dave is the box packer, website guru, stock controller and happy to be a taste tester.

Where is your shop?

At the moment Cake Warehouse is online only. This means that we can focus on getting orders out fast and keeping prices lower.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location, shipping is 1-2 days for urban addresses, 3+ days for rural addresses. You can find more details here. If you are under time pressure to receive your order, make sure you check all our shipping information before ordering

I've just placed an order but I forgot something! Can I add to it?

Sure, just place another order with the extra stuff and choose "Add to Existing Order". Add a note with the order to let us know what order # you're adding it to. (We can only add to orders that haven't yet been packed or sent!)

Do you ship overseas?

If you are outside New Zealand, you are welcome to order from us.  Please email us with a list of the items you'd like to order to sales@cakewarehouse.co.nz.  We will calculate the shipping and if you're happy, send you an invoice for the total.  Any tax, customs duty, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I contact you?

Use the contact form here and we'll get back to you. Sorry but we don't have a Cake Warehouse phone line!

Can you get....?

Maybe! If we don't have something you want, or you think there's something we should stock because you love it just get in touch!  We have new things arriving constantly and we can order especially for you.
